Finding moments of stillness in a heavy, fast-paced world can feel like a mountain of a task. Whether your system is navigating burnout, carrying the weight of a busy season, or seeking a quiet sanctuary to land, you are invited to join us for a restorative group Reiki session at The Witch’s Cupboard.

What is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice of energetic support that promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and balance within the body and mind. It is not a religion, a dogma, or a quick fix - it is a spacious invitation for your nervous system to drop its guard, release tension, and access your body’s natural capacity for self-healing.

What to Expect: Ang will guide the group through a grounding meditation while weaving subtle, restorative Reiki energy throughout the room. This session is designed as a collective, community deep breath - an hour of zero expectations. There will be a brief introduction to Reiki and time for questions before we begin and a sacred space to discuss our collective and personal experiences at the end, if you feel called to share.

Zero Experience Necessary: This session is open to everyone - from complete skeptics and curious first-timers to seasoned, trained energy practitioners looking for a space to simply sit and receive.

Come Exactly As You Are: There are no skills to master and no special supplies required. Simply wear what you feel most comfortable in (loose pants and soft socks are encouraged!), bring an open mind, and give yourself permission to rest. (Yoga mats, floor cushions, chairs, and blankets will be provided for you to sit or lay in your favorite position. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, or blanket if you have favorites at home!)
