Gloom is an award-winning transparent card game where you take control of an eccentric family of misfits and misanthropes. Your goal is to make your own characters suffer the greatest tragedies possible before they pass on, while trying to cheer up your opponents' characters with happy occasions.

Players narrate their characters' misfortunes as they play, creating a unique story of suffering with every game. The innovative transparent cards stack on top of one another, concealing and revealing Self-Worth scores to make calculating points simple and intuitive.
