OFFICIAL RULES: THE WITCH'S CUPBOARD MONTHLY CRYSTAL SWEEPSTAKES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Witch's Cupboard and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the first day after the previous full moon at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on the day of the full moon at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"), for a total duration of 28-30 days.

4. How to Enter (Purchase & Free Entry)

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• A. Purchase Entry: For every ten dollars (USD $10.00) spent (pre-tax and shipping) in a single transaction on merchandise at www.thewitchscupboard.com during the Sweepstakes Period, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing.

• B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – Mail-in Entry: To enter without making a purchase, you may legibly hand-print your full name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and the name of the current month's Sweepstakes prize on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper. Mail the card in a hand-addressed, business-size envelope with sufficient postage to:

  Limit one (1) entry per envelope, and one (1) mail-in entry per day. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Winner Selection and Verification

On the day of the full moon, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

• Canadian Potential Winners: Before being declared a winner, any potential winner who is a resident of Canada must first correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question administered by email or phone. Failure to correctly answer the question will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate potential winner.

• All Potential Winners: Must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and may be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within a specified time period.

6. Prize Details

The prize is one (1) Crystal or Fossil Specimen, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of US $100.00. The Prize includes free shipping to the winner's confirmed address within the eligible jurisdictions.
